El-Aged Care provides a package of care depending on the needs of the client, delivered through Support in the Home, our Adult Day Centre, and Shelter/Residential care.
The home care support program is designed to assist older people to remain at home rather than moving to residential care, by providing assistance in the home.
In-home care services
Personal care
Bathing, grooming and dressing, house cleaning, and laundry assistance.
Transport & errands
Transport to medical appointments and outings within a 50km radius, plus shopping assistance.
Meals & daily planning
Provision of meals and daily activity planning suited to the client's routine.
Health monitoring
Monitoring of general health and wellbeing, with counselling for social and psychological support.
Respite services
Respite services to carers who need a break, plus optional spiritual care.
Companionship
Socialising, light housekeeping support, and a caring, familiar presence in the home.
In-home caregiver support / respite services
If you are struggling with the caregiving burden or needing a break, our respite service may be just what you need. Our trained, experienced staff support your client while ensuring respect for privacy, dignity and freedom of choice — assisting with light housekeeping, meals, socialising and grocery shopping.
Personal care services such as assistance with showering, dressing, and nursing care are also included.
